Make a DIY photo calendar

Filigree desk calendar with changing photos

If you’re looking for a very personal gift for grandma, grandpa or other loved ones, then I’ve got just the thing for you 😉 So you can make a photo calendar that looks really beautiful and delicate and also has a few of your favorite photos on a simple one Presented as if in a picture frame. The special extra: If you turn the little wheel, you can choose one of five possible photo motifs each month. To make it easy to recreate, I have created a finished print file for you, which you can find here in the materials list.

Material list:

  • Photo calendar print file: CLICK
  • Kraft paper with grain 230 g: CLICK
  • or: at Müller on site you can get 230 g kraft paper without grain
  • 2 sheets of white paper 180-200 g
  • Circle punch 3.8 cm, at IDEE on site or CLICK
  • 5 photos (the main subject must largely fit into the 3.8 cm circle)
  • 1x sample bag clip
  • Alu-Ringe gold (8-10mm): CLICK
  • well-covering colored pencils, I have these: CLICK
  • If desired, opaque marker pens, I use these: CLICK
  • craft knife
  • Lineal
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
